My role focused a partner-facing cross-industry business management and channel sales role within a defined set of Business Partners (with a focus on our Marketing suite). Consultant within the Advisory Risk Services of EY with a focus on Security. Working in IT Security was a great experience to embrace the interdependence between computer science and business administration.

Developing insightful and pragmatic solutions to client problems, interviewing, analyzing and interpreting client and industry information , developing hypotheses based on client research, industry best practices and other information sources and working with teams to synthesize output into specific and actionable business recommendations/action steps.

Part of my job have been as well people and competence researches, the booking of project plans and the creation of regularly staffing reports in order to review the utilization and chargeability.

Bachelor Thesis in the field of digital transformation with the goal to investigate the potential and the key performance indicators of an e-commerce or e-procurement solution for the B2B and B2D customers of Wacker Neuson and develop a strategy for the implementation.

Part of my work have been the illumination of the peer group and the best practice, the analysis of customers and various markets, as well as customer, dealer and employee surveys.

The program was characterized by a sophisticated intercultural exchange, where we have been able to experience China's innovative power and economic strength. By visiting different Chinese companies, accelerators and start-ups (e.g. VStartup, InnoTree, BDStar Navigation, Face++, Lakala,...) and participating at various lectures (about e.g. smart manufacturing in China) at the renowned Tsinghua University, I learned a lot, both about Chinese culture and about entrepreneurship, technology and innovation management in this country.
